My husband is celebrating his 75th birthday today, four years after his second open-heart surgery.

On October 13, 2017, my husband lost consciousness while driving his van. The vehicle crashed through a wire fence separating the road from the public golf course and rolled about 15 feet down the incline. The passenger side of the van was completely crushed.
