Woman’s World magazine is one of my all-time favorites. I’ve been reading it since 1983 and have sold several articles to them, mostly fillers that paid between $25 and $75.

The magazine is published weekly and is written for the traditional, family-oriented working woman. Each issue includes human interest stories, practical solutions for work and home, recipes, diets, a short romance, a crossword puzzle, Sudoku, and fillers contributed by their readers.

Here’s how Woman’s World describes itself

Woman’s World is a warm voice in a cold world, a comforting hug, and a reliable friend. It’s a feel-good read filled with everything the reader needs to make her week better and happier, to feel healthier, to express her creativity, and to share her love.

Woman’s World stands alone as the only women’s service magazine that makes a meaningful and lasting emotional connection with the reader, a connection that’s evidenced by its place at the top of the newsstand.

One of the ways that Woman’s World makes a lasting emotional connection is by inviting readers to submit stories…
