Ingredients

1 bag of chocolate chips (milk or dark)

2 cups of salted peanuts

Instructions

Melt chocolate in the microwave or over a pan of hot water on the stove. Do not let it burn.

Stir in the peanuts and mix until they are completely coated with chocolate.

Line two trays with wax or parchment paper. Drop by the spoonful onto the paper. You should get about 25 clusters.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes until solid. Serve or package up for gifts.

About Norma

Norma raised six children on a farm in Firth, Nebraska. Her daughter, Ardith, gave me a box of these treats last week and I just had to share the recipe with you. So yummy!

Norma’s favorite Bible verse was “I can do all things through him (Christ) who gives me strength.” Philippians 4:13 (NIV)
