This is a word of encouragement.

For the past year I have felt slightly uncomfortable with my weight and prayed that God would help me figure out a way to get back to feeling better. I know I am not obese but I have been about 6-8 pounds more than is ideal and even though I exercise nearly every day I still couldn't lose.

Ten days ago I started to do a modified version of the 15-day reset diet--two smoothies, two 165 calories snacks, and Fat Flush soup for dinner. Every meal and snack includes protein.

I am encouraged. I have lost three pounds in ten days. I started at 151.8 and weighed in today at 148.8.

This takes focus and discipline but it is working for me. Oh, I finish dinner at 5:30 p.m. and eat again at 6:30 a.m.

You might want to give this a try. It hasn't been hard for me but it does take time to prepare the smoothies and soup.
